Of course they will refuse to cat food … she can not eat! It has not even her baby teeth yet! A kitten that young should be fed be their mother's milk or KMR. Go to Walmart or Petsmart or something (it should be open to buy) and KMR formula and a bottle. For the eyes, get a Q-tip and wet it really so its dripping wet and wipe the infected eye every 4 hours or so. Use different Q-tips every time and not forcibly open the eye.
